Morne Morkel

Morne Morkel is a South African cricketer. He is a right-arm fast bowler with genuine pace according to former South African fast bowler Allan Donald and a left-handed batsman. He began his first class career at the age of 19 against West Indies. He debuted in One Day International Cricket against Asia XI in 2007 and in Test Cricket against India in 2006. He played for an Africa XI in his first ODI.

Morne Morkel is an out-and-out fast bowler who has the pace and height to trouble the best. He debuted in first-class cricket in 2003-04 and got promoted to Nashua Titans in 2006 during domestic season. Allan Donald distinct him as national potential with bowler’s ability to extract bounces and bowls fast.
