Feel Tired all the Time – Get a Body Check-Up

No doubt, in today’s hectic life schedule one hardly gets ample rest to get charged up, and, if you feel tired while regular interaction with people, then you need to have a body check up. Energy level is not in the boost situation for all the time, it does flag at different times of day and month, but if you feel tired & fatigue all the time, then it’s a time consult the doctor and know the causes of feeling tired.

1. Heart Trouble

If you feel tired very often then do not avoid the link between feeling tired and heart disease. Many surveys have come to common conclusion that up to 80 percent of people has reported an unusual fatigue in the weeks before some serious problem related to heart took place. Apart from many serious complains to going to the cardiologist for tests one of the common complaints is of tiredness and unfortunately much ignored.

Here without avoiding one must go for the test of cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar and rest of the others body check up. If you have symptoms such as shortness of breath and fatigue along with then don’t avoid it.

2. Blood Imbalances

Fatigueless often occurs because of lose of iron from the body. This could happen if you do over limit exercise or have bugs in stomach which eats away all your nutritional stock. Other symptoms of tiredness include fast heartbeat, abnormally pale skin and irritability. One of the reasons for all these is fluctuating sugar levels caused by diabetes calling you for body check up.

Hemoglobin test will reveal your blood iron level and sugar tests which will show how well your body is metabolizing sugar.

3. Liver Issues

Damage to the liver by a virus may be one of the causes of feeling tired persistently. So if you’ve ever had test result of an abnormal liver function test, then don’t consider it lightly and do not try to avoid it. All possibilities are there that you may be wharf with the hepatitis C virus. Some other common symptoms are fever, regular aches and other flu-like conditions.

Get your liver function tests checked along with the test for hepatitis C antibodies.

4. Low Thyroid

Young middle aged people are often get struck by an under-active thyroid located at the base of the neck. Thyroid gland produces T4 and T3 hormones and in mid-life there are all chances of slowing down the production. Accordingly, Chances of other processes getting slowed down in the body also increases. Common symptoms of thyroid getting slugged are feeling cold, constipation, dry skin, hair fall and weight gain.

Go for blood tests for levels of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and if your TSH is on the higher side despite being normal, there are all chances of you having hyperthyroidism.
