Your meal must contain food high in proteins and fibers such as whole pulses and beans, whole grains, beans, oats, low fat milk, papaya, guava and orange. Stick to low fat cooking foods as grilled and roasted dishes for low calories. Choose cooking oils rich in monounsaturated fat as it will control bad cholesterol. Canola oil is the better option as it is healthy for your heart and free from bad cholesterol.

Out of the ways to lose weight you must know the diet don’ts to keep your energy level intact. Just don’t terminate fats completely from your diet for losing weight, as some fats do well to your body. Fats like omega 3 and monounsaturated fats are something which your body needs. Avoid skipping of meals and fasting to some extent as it pushes the body into a preservation mode, these will lower down the basal metabolic rate resulting in conservation of energy leads to no losing weight at all. Small meals at frequent intervals will keep your basal metabolic rate boosted and the regular workouts will raise it, thus losing weight in the right way.

Sweat Out

Once you learned the balanced diet to lose weight, it is also important to know one more and important as dieting the one of the best ways to lose weight, and that is to sweat. You now know the regulated intake of food, but it is also important to break down the fats which are already in your body. The best way to do this is to follow regular workouts routine. To lose fat you have to sweat too along with diet. Number of easy and low-intense workouts to sweat like running, cycling, swimming or yoga, these exercises will also increases your heart rate and keeps it up.

Staying active throughout the day is the best to get additional exercise. Simple things like preferring stairs instead of elevator go walking for short distances, do some housework by yourself and low consumption of calories by drinking green tea instead of regular ones can keeps you fit all the time.
