Swords: Life on the Line

Swords is a documentary series based on New England’s fisherman who toke all risk to hunt their indefinable kills of Swords fish in the world’s most dangerous waters. They are much experienced in their work and are too resilient and wanted to live their each day as could be their last day.

They hunt Swordfish which are magnificent giants of the sea which weighs around thousands of pounds and prices in thousands of dollars. The best place to catch them is around Grand Banks of Newfoundland and Georges Banks of Gulf of Maine. The water around these areas is well-known for their treacherous storms and to show unpardonable power on nature.

The series belongs to the boats which have strong approach to aim their hit the jackpot. The captain of these boats uses the each and every ounce of their experience and technology to find enough fishes so their tankers could be fully filled. There are incredible risks and investment of almost $60,000 to $70,000 to make a month long journey and by catching the one big fish can also worth them  up to $25,000 which turns out the trip from a disaster to a grand success.

The rewards are luxurious and risks are much dangerous which gamble every life on the line.
