Mandira Bedi is one of the famous Indian actress, model and television hosts who have gained lots of fame by her performance in Indian TV serial “Shanti’ which was aired on Doordarshan channel. After this her career seems to be touching high peaks and she started acting other TV shows such as “Aurat”, “Dushman” and India’s highly praised TV serial “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi” in which she played a negative role. Not only she act in TV serial but she has also acted as supporting character in Bollywood’s best love story movie “Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge”. She is also a winner of reality show Fear factor India (Season 1) and hosted many shows like “Deal Ya No Deal” and “Jo Jeeta Wohi Super Star”. On other hand she also appeared as TV presenter and host of ICC and for IPL in 2010.
However Mandira Bedi was born to Verinder Singh Bedi & Gita Bedi in Kolkata. She studied in Mumbai at Cathedral and John Connon School and completed her graduation from Mumbai’s Xavier College and followed to post-graduation from Sophia Polytech in Media. She is married to famous Indian director, producer and stunt director Raj Kausal and has one child named Vir Kaushal.
