Gurmeet Choudhary is a famous actor of Indian Television known for his truthfulness with character which he is particularly performing in different TV serials. He gained much renown by his astonishing act in 2008’s “Ramayana” where he played role of Lord Rama and followed as business tycoon named Maan Singh Khurana in famous TV series, “Geet- Hui Sabse Parayi”. He was born in Chandigarh and brought up in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
During early stage of his career Gurmeet Choudhary entitled “Mr. Jabalpur” title to his name and also participated in “Mr. India” competition. Initially he took up modeling in order to make his mark in entertainment industry. He has also done several music videos and acted in cameo role in serials. But during his struggling he eventually worked in Tamil show which was actually India’s first 3D television series named “Maayavi” as a negative character. However hopefully he got breakthrough by his act in “Maayavi” and picked as Lord Rama in Anand Sagar’s TV show named Ramayana aired on NDTV Imagine along with co-star Debina Bonnerjee by which he was renowned as a well-known celebrity in television industry. After that he was followed as character named Maan Singh Khurana a business tycoon in Star One’s serial named “Geet- Hui Sabse Parayi” along with co-star Drashti Dhami.
