Bhagat Singh: Real Hero

Bhagat Singh was an Indian freedom fighter, who was considered as one of most powerful revolutionaries of the movement of India Independence. As a teenager, he became an atheist and had studied European revolutionary movements. He was influenced by anarchism and Marxist ideologies. He became involved in number of revolutionary organizations.

He rose through the Hindustan Republican Association and became one of its leaders, converting it to the Hindustan Socialist Republican Association. He gained support when he underwent for a fast in jail, asking for equal rights for Indian and British political prisoners. His legacy prompted youths in India to begin fighting for Indian Independence and contributed to the rise of socialism in the country.
