What is Navratri?

Navratri is a festival of dance and worship. It is divided into three day sets, each devoted to different aspect of supreme goddess. First three days are devoted to Durga to destroy our vices, impurities and defects. Second three days is devoted to Lakshmi the giver of material wealth, and the last three days is devoted to Saraswati the goddess of wisdom. Blessing from all three aspects of the divine mother is the only way to have all round success in life.

When is Navratri in 2011?

Navratri in 2011 will start on Wednesday, 28th of September continuing for 9 days till Thursday, 6th of October. The festival is celebrated for nine nights once every year, the dates of the festival are determined according to the lunar calendar.

When is Navratri in 2012?

Navratri in 2012 will start on Tuesday, 16th of October continuing for 9 days till Wednesday, 24th of October. The festival is celebrated for nine nights once every year, the dates of the festival are determined according to the lunar calendar.

When is Navratri in 2013?

Navratri in 2013 will start on Saturday, 5th of October continuing for 9 days till Sunday, 13th of October. The festival is celebrated for nine nights once every year, the dates of the festival are determined according to the lunar calendar.

When is Navratri in 2014?

Navratri in 2014 will start on Thursday, 25th of September continuing for 9 days till Friday, 3rd of October. The festival is celebrated for nine nights once every year, the dates of the festival are determined according to the lunar calendar.

When is Navratri in 2015?

Navratri in 2015 will start on Tuesday, 13th of October continuing for 9 days till Wednesday, 21st of October. The festival is celebrated for nine nights once every year, the dates of the festival are determined according to the lunar calendar.

Navratri in 2016 will start on Saturday, 1st of October continuing for 9 days till Sunday, 9th of October. The festival is celebrated for nine nights once every year, the dates of the festival are determined according to the lunar calendar.

Navratri in 2017 will start on Thursday, 21st of September continuing for 9 days till Friday, 29th of September. The festival is celebrated for nine nights once every year, the dates of the festival are determined according to the lunar calendar.

Navratri in 2018 will start on Tuesday, 9th of October continuing for 9 days till Wednesday, 17th of October. The festival is celebrated for nine nights once every year, the dates of the festival are determined according to the lunar calendar.

Navratri in 2019 will start on Sunday, 29th of September continuing for 9 days till Monday, 7th of October. The festival is celebrated for nine nights once every year, the dates of the festival are determined according to the lunar calendar.

Navratri in 2020 will start on Saturday, 17th of October continuing for 9 days till Sunday, 25th of October. The festival is celebrated for nine nights once every year, the dates of the festival are determined according to the lunar calendar.
